General Features of RMX-U Series U Type Granular and Powder Mixers

  • With the RMX-U Series ribbon mixer, powder-powder, powder-granule, granule-granule and moistening mixtures can be made.
  • Many modules can be added during and after the production. In this way, it offers economical, practical and rational solutions to mixing processes
  • RMX-U Series U type granule and powder mixer has a three-way helix system. Thanks to this system, it can make fully homogeneous mixtures by pulling the mixed product in 3 directions at the same time. The time taken to complete the mixture is much shorter than similar mixers. In this way, production performance increases.
  • It is 100% domestic production. All parts of the machine are produced within Renas Machine. The gearbox and engine group included in the machine are also supplied from other domestic manufacturers.
  • RMX-U Series U type granule and powder mixer models are made of SUS 304 stainless steel material. If desired, it can also be produced from DKP Sheet or SUS 316 stainless steel material.
  • RMX-U Series U Type ribbon mixers are produced in 3 different sizes for different needs. Each has a different size of volume. You can choose the one that suits your needs and production capacity.

  • Optionally, pneumatically controlled automatic opening discharge cover can be added. Thanks to this feature, the products whose mixture is completed can be integrated with the packaging or filling line. In this way, you can ensure that the discharge door remains open continuously or for a certain period of time.
  • Timer can be added optionally. With this feature, the mixing time can be programmed and you can determine how long the mixing process will be done.
  • 1, 2, 3, 5 output loadcell and weighing feature are among the other features that can be optionally added to the machine. Thanks to this feature, you can automatically feed different kinds of products at the weights you have programmed.
  • Optionally, two separate filling caps can be added. Thanks to this feature, you can operate a part of the product feed cover as fixed, a part as movable or both parts as movable.
  • Humidification nozzles can be added to the RMX-U2 U type granule and powder mixer upon request. Thanks to this feature, the moisture content of the mixture can be increased.
  • PLC and touch screen controlled mixing automation with loadcell weighing support can be added to the machine upon request. Thanks to this feature, recipes can be created for mixtures and you can automatically fill the amount in the recipe from the product silos. In addition, you can determine the mixing time and automatically discharge the product with the completion of the time.
  • You can determine the mixing speed of the machine thanks to the 220 V input low torque, 380 V high torque speed regulation system. This feature appeals to manufactures that do not require high power, especially in workshops where there is no industrial current.
