  • RYK-2000F ultrasonic cream tube sealing machine is designed to seal all types of heat-sealable cream tubes such as laminated, plastic, PVC, PP, and PE without applying heat.
  • The most significant feature that differentiates our machine from its predecessor model RYK-2000 is its integrated step rotation system and the sensor that reads the positioning mark. Thanks to these two additional features, no matter how you place the tube, the machine always positions it correctly before sealing, ensuring consistent sealing every time.
  • It is a high-tech product. Thanks to the ultrasonic sound waves it emits, it seals the cream tube that you previously filled with another device quickly and ensures complete leak-proof sealing without needing heat on the sealing jaws.
  • It works flawlessly with all laminated, plastic, and PVC cream tubes with a width ranging from 10 mm to 110 mm that can be heat-sealed. It does not require any changes to the sealing jaws during product changes.
  • The RYK-2000F ultrasonic cream tube sealing machine offers an optional date coding feature. With this feature, you can add information like expiration dates (SKT) as a single line to the sealing area. If you opt for this feature, a sufficient number of numbers are provided free of charge.
  • With the tube fixing mold provided free of charge, this machine always ensures the sealing process is performed at the same point.
  • Thanks to its low electricity and air consumption, it can be easily used even in small workshops.
  • The ultrasonic generator of our machine is 100% locally manufactured.
  • RYK-2000F is a fully automated PLC-controlled machine. With its 4-inch touchscreen operator panel that can be customized in Turkish or other languages as needed, you can work effortlessly with various tube sizes and thicknesses.
  • Our machine offers two different start commands. You can either start it with a pedal or have it operate automatically after placing the tube at a certain time interval.
  • Our machine is entirely made of SUS 304 stainless steel and complies with GMP and FDA standards.
  • RYK-2000F is fully grounded and complies with Occupational Safety Law No. 6331. If desired, we can add a dual combination button to the machine to prevent incidents such as hand injuries.
  • The tubes sealed by our machine never leak. Before delivery, air tests are applied to plastic tubes, and the machine is not delivered to the customer unless the tube bursts from side gaps rather than the sealing area.
  • Since the tube is not exposed to high temperatures, neither the tube nor the product inside is affected or altered in any way.
  • Our machine is 100% locally manufactured in every aspect. All stages except the ultrasonic generator of the machine are carried out in our own facilities.

  • It is packaged appropriately for long-distance shipments, with its outer case made of 11 mm OSB wooden material.
  • Thanks to our agreement with a shipping company, the transportation of the product is carried out at an affordable price. If your company has an agreement with a specific shipping company, you can also choose to use that service.
  • It is under RENAS warranty for 1 year against factory defects.
