General Features of ROK-V1AF -150mm Capping Machine

  1. The fully automatic capping machine has been developed to close all flat or cylindrical surfaced or slightly angled screw caps.
  2. The most important feature of the machine is that it hammers the cap from a vibrating tray on the bottle before tightening it. Thanks to this feature, the number of personnel required during production will be reduced by one person. However, we recommend this model for products where you use only one type of cap. A separate feeding tray and hammering apparatus must be made for each type of cap.
  3. The ROK-V1AF fully automatic screw capping machine makes the bottle ready to be tightened by tightening the cap on the first station. In this station, it applies pressure from above to the bottle cap and ensures that the cap fits into the thread bed. Then, the bottle with the cap tightened comes to the second station, the cap tightening station, and tightens the cap by applying both force from above and turning it in the direction of tightening for the amount of time you specify.
  4. The lid tightening mechanism we use can be produced with torque adjustment if you wish for your sensitive lids. We can produce the lid mold of our machine from many materials such as castamide, polyamide, polyethylene, aluminum, brass, etc. according to your needs.
  5. The machine’s tightening motors are among the A++ class motors with high induction torque. They have a longer life and heat up slower compared to standard asynchronous motors. On the other hand, they take up very little space. They do not require frequent maintenance. Although each motor is 60W, they can produce the same power as 250-watt motors. In addition, the speed settings of the right and left motors of the ROK-V1AF Fully Automatic Screw Cap Tightening Machine can be made separately. Thanks to this feature, it also provides trouble-free closing of sensitive caps.
  6. The standard conveyor belt is made of hard pallet. It has a much longer life compared to PVC belts. On the other hand, in case of damage to the conveyor belt, it is not necessary to replace the entire belt; only the damaged part is replaced. In this respect, you can have it repaired with small expenses.
  7. It is 100% domestic production. All of the design, drawing, cutting, bending, processing and automation stages of the machine are done in our own facilities. All of these production stages of the machine are done within Renas Makina, allowing you to add or remove any additional features you want to the machine.
  8. It is made of SUS 304 stainless steel and aluminum. In this respect, it is a machine that meets hygiene standards.
  9. The conveyor of the ROK-V1AF fully automatic screw cap tightening machine is developed as a standard speed adjustment in all models. This feature of the machine provides convenience especially in productions requiring precision.
  10. It is a machine that can work on all caps between 15 mm – 130 mm. However, if you request, we can produce a cap tightening machine that will work in different working widths for your caps with different sizes.
  11. Its performance and efficiency are extremely high. An average of 50-55 closures can be made per minute. In covers with a high number of screw pitches, capacity may decrease by around 10%.
