  • With the ROD-K400U ultrasonic fully automatic cream tube filling and sealing machine, you can fill products such as cream, face masks, skincare products, makeup removers, honey, jam, and molasses.

We can summarize the working method and order of the machine as follows:
  • Empty cream tubes are placed in sufficient quantity into the cream tube feeding hopper, which can hold between 50 and 300 cream tubes depending on the size of the tube.
  • The machine automatically picks the tube from the hopper and places it onto the rotary table.
  • Next, at the photosensor station, the cream tube is rotated to the correct sealing position using the photosensor mark on the tube.
  • Afterward, the empty cream tube is moved to the filling station, where the product is filled into the tube.
  • The filled cream tube is then transferred to the sealing station, where the two ends of the tube are sealed together using sound waves without any heat. Thanks to this sealing feature, the tube remains securely sealed and does not come undone over time.
  • The sealed tube’s rear section is moved to the excess trimming station, where the excess material is cut off, ensuring a flawless appearance of the sealed area.
  • If you opted for the burst control station during the order, the tube will undergo pressure testing at this station to check if it is properly sealed.
  • At the final station, the unloading station, the filled, sealed, and completed tube is ejected from the rotary table, making it ready for sale.
