  1. The RMX-U1 U-ribbon type mixer is capable of mixing powder-to-powder, powder-to-granule, granule-to-granule, and moistening mixtures.
  2. Many modules can be added during and after production, providing cost-effective, practical, and innovative solutions for mixing operations.
  3. The RMX-U1 horizontal mixer features a three-directional helix system. This system simultaneously pulls the mixed product in three directions, ensuring completely homogeneous mixtures. The mixing time is significantly shorter compared to similar mixers, enhancing production efficiency.
  4. It is 100% domestically manufactured. All components of the machine are produced by Renas Makina. The gearbox and motor used in the machine are also sourced from other local manufacturers.
  5. The 125-liter RMX-U1 horizontal powder mixer model is made of SUS 304 stainless steel. If desired, it can also be manufactured from DKP sheet or SUS 316 stainless steel materials.
  6. RMX-U1 U-series ribbon mixers are produced in three different sizes to meet various needs. Each has a different volume capacity, allowing you to select the one suitable for your requirements and production capacity.
  7. All filling covers of the mixer are equipped with safety switches that stop operations, ensuring a secure working environment.

Optional Features That Can Be Added to RMX-U1 U Type Granule and Powder Mixer

  • An optional pneumatically controlled automatic discharge cover can be added upon request. This feature enables the mixed products to be integrated with packaging or filling lines, allowing the discharge cover to remain open continuously or for a specified duration.
  • An optional pneumatically controlled automatic filling cover can also be added. This feature facilitates integration with fully automated feeding systems and enables the automatic opening of the product feeding cover.
  • A timer can be optionally included, allowing you to program the mixing time and specify how long the mixing process will last.
  • A load cell with 1, 2, 3, or 5 outputs can be added as an optional feature. This allows you to feed different types of products automatically at programmed weights.
  • Two separate filling covers can be optionally added. This feature lets you operate one part of the feeding cover as fixed and the other as movable, or both parts as movable.
  • Humidification nozzles can be added to the RMX-U1 U-type granule and powder mixer upon request. This feature increases the moisture content of the mixture.
  • A fully automated dosing humidification system is another optional feature. With this system, you can incorporate the desired amount of moisture or liquid active ingredient into the mixture from the integrated liquid tank.
  • Load cell-supported PLC and touch-screen-controlled mixing automation can be added upon request. This feature allows you to create mixing recipes and automatically fill the recipe’s quantity from product silos. Additionally, you can set the mixing duration and enable automatic discharge upon completion.
  • The 220 V low torque and 380 V high torque speed adjustment system allows you to control the mixing speed. This feature is particularly suitable for production facilities without industrial electricity, catering to low-power manufacturing needs.
