  2. Can comfortably mix products ranging from 250-300 liters in high-speed operations. For low-speed operations, it can handle up to 500 liters without any issues.
  3. Suitable for homogeneous mixing of liquid, low-viscosity, and high-viscosity products. Thanks to the homogenizer and scraper blades, it ensures even mixing for products like creams, shampoos, and pastes with high viscosity. The powerful motor is an additional advantage for achieving homogeneous mixes.
  4. The RMX-SH500C double-jacketed cream and liquid mixing tank is equipped with a 2.2 kW 1400 rpm motor as standard.

  11. It can be used for processes requiring both heating and cooling. For example, in cream production, water can be added to the heating jacket for the initial heating stage and replaced later for cooling purposes.
  12. The machine body is highly durable and resistant to external impacts.
  13. The RMX-SH500C’s heating system is designed to work with water or oil, with a user-friendly temperature control interface.
  14. All electrical panel components are of high quality and tailored to meet operational needs. All contactors used in the machine are from Siemens or equivalent brands.
  15. The heating system operates at 220V single-phase, while the mixing system uses 380V three-phase power.
  16. It is 100% locally manufactured. The gearbox and motor group are also sourced from domestic manufacturers.
  17. Additional modules can be integrated both during and after production, providing smart and practical solutions for low- and high-viscosity mixing challenges.
