  1. It can fill all low and medium viscosity products between 20 – 300 ml.

  3. It has all the features in the CYD-S series. In addition, its biggest difference from the CYD-S series is that it allows you to fill two products at the same time with its double nozzle. You can fill two different products in two different weights at the same time.
  4. The flanged ferrule system at the connection points allows the machine to be easily disassembled and cleaned quickly.
  5. All materials such as gaskets and felts at the points that come into contact with the product while the machine is filling are made of anti-bacterial silicone material. In this way, you will establish a system that meets hygiene conditions (GMP conditions).
  6. It has a sensitive dosing arm. In this way, you can perform filling operations at different filling intervals with minimum deviation.
  7. It has an emergency button. Thanks to this button, the machine can be stopped in emergency situations regardless of the position of the machine. Thus, you will fulfill the requirements of Labor Law No. 6331.
  8. There are two different working methods. One of these working methods is automatic. If you wish, you can also use the filling machine in manual mode thanks to the pedal provided free of charge.
  9. CYD-S2-300 double-head liquid filling machine has an anti-drip nozzle system. Thanks to this system, no dripping occurs after filling is completed. In this way, you can prevent grammage losses that may occur.
  10. Honed product has a suction piston. Thanks to the suction piston, it fills with high precision even in high-grammage product fillings. Thanks to the slide valve system located at the air inlet, air can be cut off from the system when the operation is completed with the machine without the need for an additional valve.
  11. The body of the machine and other metal parts are made of stainless steel.
  12. The machine is protected against electrical hazards thanks to the grounding in the machine chassis.
  13. Having an electro-pneumatic system provides an advantage in preventing weight wastage by making precise dosing.
  14. It can be used in the filling processes of many liquid products such as fruit juice, water, turnip, low viscosity shampoo, liquid soap, milk, oil, mineral oil and syrup.
