Thanks to its ergonomic structure, its working style is more practical compared to similar machines. You can easily reach a filling capacity of 30 pieces per minute.

It is a combined production line consisting of 5-7 stations and working with 8 steps. Only labor is required during the feeding of the empty cream tube. Reversing the gluing direction, filling, sealing, dating and cutting the excess gluing are all done automatically, without the need for any other labor.

The empty cream tube is placed in the tube magazine with the rotary table of the machine.

Then, at the next photocell station, the cream tube is turned to the correct sticking direction by means of the photocell label on the cream tube.

Then the empty cream tube is taken to the filling station. The product is filled into an empty cream tube.

The cream tube, in which the product is filled, comes to the sealing station, and the two ends of the tube are sealed with heat.

The back part of the tube, which is glued together, is taken to the straightening station and prepared for the shaping process.

The tube, which is ready for shaping, is taken to the forming station, where the pattern and date are printed.

The excess that occurs during the forming process is now cut to the standard size at the cutting station.

At the discharge station, which is the last station, the finished product that has been filled, shaped and expired is thrown out of the magazine.
