6-One of the biggest features of the REM-C Series fully automatic bottle labeling machine is the spinning system, which we offer as a standard, consisting of elastomer sponge and polymer spinning conveyor. Especially in your labels that require full wrapping, minimetric positioning prevents the label from sticking to diagonally or crookedly. In addition, the inductive motor that drives the plastering conveyor has speed adjustment like all other conveyor groups.
7-In the REM-C Series fully automatic bottle labeling machine, the label removal module of our own design is used. The control of the label removal module is also completely done by the PLC located in the main control panel. Thanks to this feature, the whole system works in harmony with each other, all settings of the label removal module can be made from the touch operator panel with an easy-to-use menu.
8-The operating menu of the machine is extremely functional. Thanks to the manual operation menu that you can access from the touch operator panel with an easy-to-use menu, plastering, labeling, etc. You can operate the units manually and make the physical adjustments that need to be made according to your packaging in a short time. In addition, thanks to the manual label insertion feature, which you can access from the manual operation menu, you can simply place the label on the flow path without removing any parts and attach it with the touch of a button on the screen.
